In general, you can visit the E-Bugs BVBA E-Bugs website without providing any personal information about yourself. In any case, you are in no way obliged to transmit this information to E-Bugs BVBA.
However, if you refuse, you may not be able to benefit from certain information or services that you have requested. SPRL E-Bugs BVBA E-Bugs may in certain cases ask you to provide your surname, first name, e-mail address, telephone number, company and position (hereinafter your “Personal Information”). Right to rectify data

SPRL E-Bugs informs you that it uses its authorised service providers to facilitate the collection and processing of the data you have communicated to us. These service providers may be located outside the European Union and may communicate the data collected via the various forms on the Site (with the exception of the form enabling you to exercise your rights to information and freedom of information, which is offered and used by E-Bugs SPRL).
SPRL E-Bugs SPRL has first ensured that its service providers have implemented adequate guarantees and that they comply with strict conditions in terms of confidentiality, use and data protection.
